SHIBA’s Krishna Puwa Cookie
Recipe: Mix flour mixture with 1½ cups water or milk (taste better) and 1/4 cup Shiba’s Ghee. Leave it for 15 mins. Heat enough oil (great in Shiba’s Ghee) in pan for deep fry. Add 2 Tbs. of batter drop in oil, one after another to deep fry. Brown one side and turn to the other side brown it. Makes around 24 pieces. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Add extra water or milk to make as a pancake. Purchase List: Shiba’s Ghee. (clarified butter) Optional Purchase List: Milk
